The aim of RDC Educational Leadership and Management Development is to
Strive for quality in educational leadership (principally, though not exclusively, in Europe) through:
- developing active research networks
- sharing and critically reflecting on theory and practiuce;
- conceptualising and communicating experiences through a variety of means;
- providing professional development opportunities for leaders, prospective leaders and researchers in formal and informal contexts.
