Peer Learning conference on policies concerning teacher educators

In June 2010 the thematic working group on professional development of teachers of the European Commission held a peer learning conference on the profession of teacher educator in Reykjavik, Iceland.
During the conference representatives both from ministries and from teacher education from nine European countries and from the ATEE, discussed possible policies that could contribute to the strengtheming of the teacher educator profession.
The conclusions of that meeting are summarized in the report.
