Invitations for new members for the Administrative Council

From August 2010 there are several open places within the Administrative Council.
Members who are interested to contribute to the development of ATEE by joining the Administrative Council are invited to send their candidature to the secretary before 10 July 2010.
Owing to the ending of the term of some council members, the Association invites nominations for six vacancies.
The members of the Administrative Council should
- be members of the Association
- be actively involved in teacher education in Europe.
- have a sound understanding of the aims, organisation and activities of the Association
- be willing to take an active part in and responsibility for the development of the Association.
ATEE members who are willing to join the Administrative Council are invited to send their candidature to the secretariat. Candidature should be supported by three letters of recommendation from members (of which at least one must be an institutional member).
Applications should be send before 10 July 2010.
The members of the Administrative Council are elected by the General Assembly.
Candidates will present themselves at the General Assembly during the ATEE Annual Conference 2010 in Budapest on 29 August 2010, after which voting will take place.
