As agreed during the General Assembly 2009 you will find the documents for the General Assembly that need to be approved by the members.

As can be read in the minutes the following documents need to be approved by the General Assembly:
The minutes of the General Assembly of 2008
The financial report over the period from September 2008 to August 2009.
The financial budget for 2010
For clarification the estimated budget for the remaining months in 2009 is also added.
The adapted internal regulations (changes are indicated in red)
You are invited to inform us about your approval or to suggest any amendments before 7 October.
